Dennis specialises in capital markets, buy now pay later (BNPL), business lending, and reverse mortgage products, with deep expertise in both technical architecture and the commercial drivers behind modern financial platforms. Stanley Tsang is a highly accomplished professional in the banking and finance industry, boasting over a decade of invaluable experience. Will is an experienced finance professional with over 11 years of experience in the financial services industry, specialising in investment management, lending advisory, and credit structuring. He has built a strong track record in structuring lending solutions, managing investor relationships, and executing complex financial transactions across a wide range of asset classes and financing structures.

Will joined IM Capital in 2022 and currently serves as Director, where he plays a key role in the firm’s business development and strategic growth. His responsibilities include identifying new investment and financing opportunities, overseeing credit assessments for private funding transactions, conducting financial analysis and due diligence, structuring and executing transactions, and maintaining ongoing relationships with investors and clients. Throughout his career, Will has facilitated and settled over AUD 600 million in loan transactions, demonstrating strong expertise in credit assessment, transaction structuring, and risk management.

Will holds a Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney, majoring in Finance and International Business, as well as Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Mathematics from Indiana University Bloomington. He also holds a Certificate IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management and is fluent in both English and Mandarin, allowing him to work closely with clients across Australia and international markets.

In 2023, Stephen joined Pitcher Partners as a Cadet Accountant in the Business Advisory and Assurance team, where he contributed to external audit processes, M&A advisory projects, and client reporting across diverse sectors including real estate, financial services, motor industry, and retail. In 2024, he continued his career at Lorica Partners, where he demonstrated strong research capabilities in high-net-worth client solutions with an expertise in peer fund analysis. In addition to his professional experience, Stephen has demonstrated exceptional leadership and innovation in various competitions. He co-founded Heimdall, a rip-detection software startup awarded the People’s Choice Award at the 2024 Peter Farrell Cup. He also secured top placings in case competitions run by Microsoft, KPMG, Citi Bank, and UNSW, showcasing his entrepreneurial thinking and team collaboration skills.

Harry gained significant financial oversight experience during a two-year tenure as an Accounts Cadet at Impero Constructions, a specialist in high-end residential and commercial projects. In this role, Harry was responsible for overseeing and managing the comprehensive daily financial transactions, maintaining the integrity of the general ledger, and ensuring fiscal accuracy. They executed meticulous monthly and year-end account reconciliations to mitigate discrepancies and risk. Harry also played a key role in managing the accounts receivable function for multi-million-dollar accounts, consistently ensuring timely collections and rigorous record accuracy.

Harry also secured an internship at BT Financial, where he contributed to a strategic marketing campaign. This initiative had a primary focus on consumer education and awareness regarding ethical superannuation products. Her work in producing marketing materials, supporting fundraising initiatives, and ensuring consistent brand presentation reflects a highly organized and detail-oriented approach aligned with the firm’s professional standards.

At IM Capital, he built and continues to maintain the company’s website from the ground up, covering front-end architecture, UI/UX design, multilingual support, and automated data integration based on GitHub, SharePoint, and Power Automate. He also supports the structuring and visualization of investment-related data, transforming fragmented information into clear and actionable insights, while providing the original templates and overall architectural approach for the company’s website.

He plays a key role in translating business requirements into technical solutions, applying an engineering-driven approach to convert complex financial processes into scalable systems. This contributes to improved data transparency, operational efficiency, and overall digital capability.

In addition, he develops structured data models and automated pipelines to support real-time updates across multiple platforms. By integrating data sources and standardising information flows, he helps establish a consistent and reliable digital ecosystem that strengthens both internal decision-making and external presentation.
